I am using this from couple of months now & found this to be good, the IMux & Viewstation are located nearby the distance between the two is around 20 feet only, I am not supplying any other power to the line, Also check your Route pattern , My looks like following

Could you also share what happens when you try to dial thru the equipment, does it dial & nothing happens or do you get error while dialing itself...
The Datamodule is physically connecting on the 1st & the 2nd pair of the cable, you can check the connections using an ISDN phone also(define port as 8510 to test)
