The system is 4000 V11.
For the analog trunk format, my test on X8 shows DTMF.
When adjusting the 4000 system to ETSI DTMF, it had no effect, so I chose ACTIDTMF instead. Everything appeared normal, and I rebooted the card after making the adjustment.
Then, I encountered an issue:
- After saving the configuration and rebooting the system, I couldn't make outbound calls.
- Incoming calls would ring, but there was no sound.
Later, I discovered that changing the CLIP format to ETSI FXK restored normal operation, but caller ID was missing.
Switching back to ACTIDTMF didn't work either.
I tried deleting and rebuilding the trunk, and sometimes it worked—but other times, it didn't.
Has anyone come across a similar issue?
