TM3.1 Billing data out of sync

My Billing data does not reflect the same names that are held within TM3.1 CPND. Switch data has been syncronised with TM3.1 and is correct however when Billing reports are run some (not all) of the names are incorrect.

Can anyone please advise?

You need to be syncing CND (Common Name Directory) data to Telecom Billing.

In the TM Manager Window, click Utility and Billing Sync. Set a schedule for this job to run daily.
