Hello everyone, I just had to have TM” 3.20.10.94” reinstalled. One of the problems I’m having is that when I build a phone and do a verify I get a message back that it can’t find the CPND data block (SCHO949). I did take some print screens and in the sys properties, customers properties, CPND Customers entered the same info as the old config. It will transmit and names do show up on the sets, but it leaves the Directory options field blank or just the first name, even when it’s a old build.
Thanks again.

Hi,

Open the TM navigator (The windows app), open your system and click File -> Update System Data. This will retrieve the properties you entered manually :)
