TLB Error Question

Hi everyone,
Can someone tell me what the following error means:

1799232mS PRN: +++ END OF ALARM LOG DUMP +++

This is happening on an IP 412 3.2.54 – it’s happened twice within the past two weeks and both times around the time that a new IP phone was registered/phone extension was created automatically.

turn the auto create extension off
probably you have duplicated extensions because of the automatic creating of extensions
check the config for faults with the manager application

Upgrade to 3.2.55, it should be solved in this

Thanks I plan on upgrading over the weekend. Just wanted to check, this is the first time that the system has rebooted on its own (installed 2 ½ years ago).
