Tivoli - groupwise - access denied

I am trying to backup a netware 5.1 server w/groupwise 5.5 enhanced edition, i am using st. bernard open file agent.

I am using tsm 5.2 on aix 5.2

i get the following error
"error processing 'sys:/system/poptest.poa'"

any suggestions would be appreciatted
