how do i make a title (txt) that appears over another video clip just dissolve away. If it has been answered before sorry.

title fading

If you expand the track, you can see the opacity rubberband. Everywhere you click on it will make a "handle" and dragging those handles determines where the contents of that track fade out and become invisible or not.
