I'm trying to build a call flow to catch callers who've been queuing for too long, and give them the option to leave a message...
I've used a condition to test $TimeQueued > 120 seconds.
This gets called in the Still Queued start point for the group.
However, it doesn't work, the condition is always true!
I noticed that the manual refers to this variable as $TimeQueued, but the condition editor formats it as $TIMEQUEUED..
Playing with this, I put each variant into the entry prompt, to get their values read to me....
$TimeQueued gives me a sensible answer, about 36 seconds the first time, 72 the second etc....
$TIMEQUEUED gives me the time of day!!!! I assume this is what's being compared in my condition!
Am I being stupid and missing something, or is VM Pro still buggy, even at R9???
