I'm trying to build a call flow to catch callers who've been queuing for too long, and give them the option to leave a message...

I've used a condition to test $TimeQueued > 120 seconds.

This gets called in the Still Queued start point for the group.

However, it doesn't work, the condition is always true!

I noticed that the manual refers to this variable as $TimeQueued, but the condition editor formats it as $TIMEQUEUED..

Playing with this, I put each variant into the entry prompt, to get their values read to me....

$TimeQueued gives me a sensible answer, about 36 seconds the first time, 72 the second etc....

$TIMEQUEUED gives me the time of day!!!! I assume this is what's being compared in my condition!

Am I being stupid and missing something, or is VM Pro still buggy, even at R9???

Answering my own question now!!!

The drop down list of variables is the problem.... don't use it!
If you create a new condition, and manually enter the variable name $TimeQueued, with out invoking the drop down, it works!
