Timed Captures with Overwrite

Agency web cam streams to PC instead of network. I want screen capture software that will periodically capture 320x240 screen area to file on inhouse web server and keep "overwriting" the same file, so that network users and web site visitors can see captured/updated image.

I have installed and uninstalled a kazillion shareware products that are always missing one feature. Some have timed capture but they dump a sequence of files instead of overwriting the same one. Some capture to any location but lack timing. Some capture only video and output only video instead of jpeg.

I use snag-it 7, google it and download a free trial, it has timer mode and automatic file naming or static file naming. You can specify it to capture every second using the timer mode, it can even capture video.
