Time Settings

I've got a remote site using a CS1000B and use Element Manager. This site is in the East and my site (81C) is in the West. I've tried changing the time on both but the East site still is 1 hour off, though that time isn't registered in either site. Anyone out there know what the next steps are? The Nortel books are worthless as far as this problem goes.

When you change the time in LD 2 is it giving you an error?
Does it actually change the time when you look at it afterwards?

Yes, LD 2 does show the change on both ends and there are no errors.
