Time profile & analog line

Hi guys,

Some help needed here again,

I am trying to program a time profile whereby the lines will be transferred to a voicemail which i have created a dummy extn with after office hours. Another time profile whereby it will have a automated message during PH.

Also, some of the public holidays will fall on a weekend which is also after office hours. Would i be able to prioritise so that the automated message would be activated instead of the voicemail?

Another question is with the analog phone i am trying to setup with. i have programme an analog extn with a module of BP1 and port number 1. Plug the cable into the first card with the first port. but i am not getting dial tone from the phone. Anything i have done wrong?

Ok i am done for the time profiles. seems like i had a clearer mind this morning after whole day of figuring out yesterday.

but i am still having problem with not getting a dial tone for the analog line

if doing this for a customer, shouldnt you know the basics first?
