I have a MICS, I believe it is like 1.1. (freaking old) The time on the system is frozen. For example, if its 2:00 on the phone but 3:00 real time, I can change the time to 3:00 and it will change, but then it will be stuck on 3:00. We changed out the cabinet about 6 months ago and it cleared the problem, of coarse we had to reprogram the system. But now the problem is back.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

I believe Norstar telephone system clocks are in the software/firmware cartridge. I know this because if you take the software NVRAM cartridge out and put it in another KSU the time/date is still correct. They do stop running though and keep the time when when there is no power. somehow the software believes there is no power on the system. You will probably have to change the software.
