Time on 1608 not displaying correctly 1

CM5.1.2, 20* 1608, Phone firmware 1.2

All the 1608s always display the hour, one hour earlier than the system hour. I really cannot figure out what is going on. Phones chosen as 9620 but also tried most of the other 96xx & 46xx choices in CM. Thanks in advance

Have you set the daylight/bst saving rule and on the location page on the switch?
