time off in old star talk

Can anyone tell me how to set date and time in voicemail, it is a old startalk (big box). Any help would be great!

As far as I know the voicemail takes its time from the phone system. I could however be wrong.

The old voice mails had to be set separately. Sorry I cant find my old books I must have thrown them out.
