Time of Day Query

Had service provider setup an ACD poniting to a TOD for incoming calls.

Client rings xxx8095
This goes into VM (Meridian Mail)
It then depending on TOD
A.M. forwards to an internal users phone here in the office xxxx
P.M. forwards to a phantom xxxx that has DFCW to an international number. 001 617 xxx xxxx

The Problem
The P.M. gets into the mail and plays the Announcement but it then goes silent for 5 secs and plays "That Number is busy please try again later"

(The phantom appears to be fine i have dialed the phanton externally and internally and it forwards to the international number on each occasion.)

I cannot find the entry where it points to the P.M. phantom.

That should be under the set programming AFD XXXX

in mail print the vsdn of the number called. the vsdn should point to a TOD. Look at the TOD and see whta menus it points too. The off hours menu should be the PM mene. This PM menu should on initial and no reponse go to the phantom. At least this is one way to setup.
