Time loss on MICS

A client just called me to say the time on her MICS ksu with 6.1 s/w is loosing 3 to 5 minutes per day. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be anything to do with a degrading capacitor? Any thoughts anyone?

Thanx exsmogger. I just happen to be doing a b/u of this client right now and will check that setting.
