Time limit for RRAS dialups

How do I limit the logon time for RRAS users in Windows 2000 Server?

If you mean what times they are allowed to dial-in:
Open the RRAS Snap-in, right-click the Remote Access Policies-> New Policy. Follow the wizard and after Add, choose Day and Time Restrictions....
