Hello all! I'm in the midst of doing some non-standard stuff with our definity. I am going to create a tie line, full 24 channel T1. To get extensions to our other tie line we use UDPcode 221. My question is...I've got the steps for almost all of the rest of the equation EXCEPT the 221 part. Where is the 221 code defined? I've looked through aar and those tables without putting much together.

Any help in that direction would be great! The rest seems logical enough.

The Command you want is change AAR analysis 221. Example Below:

AAR DIGIT ANALYSIS TABLE
Percent Full: 35

Dialed Total Route Call Node ANI
String Min Max Pattern Type Num Reqd
221 7 7 221 aar 3 n

In Route pattern place the correct pattern number. I like to keep the code and route numbers the same. In the route remember to delete 3 and then insert digits if necessary. The 3 deleted will be the 221. Also remember to Min/Max must match.

Hope this makes sense
