ThunkConnect32???

Everytime I boot WinXP I get this error.
"The procedure entry point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNEL32.dll."
There is no reference to a program, dll, exe, or error number. I click OK and I go on normally but it is a nusiance. How do I find the offending program and get rid of this error?

I've checked each reference and the error is exactly the same but it seems no one had a solution. I have email a couple of people to see if they ever found a fix...
