I'm trying to figure out if there is an easy way to create thumbnails or even just a list on a dreamweaver page. Basically, I have about 300 documents that need to be posted on the page in alpha order - any way to do this without typing in each name individually and linking all 300? -- I'm pretty new to this whole dreamweaver thing.

I've never done it by myself but try DW feature Create Web Photo Album... (Commands > Create Web Photo Album...). I know it works with images but maybe you you'll find it helpful too.

I think anyway you do this, you'll have to do the input manually. Even if you generated your list of documents from a DB, the content would have to be manually inputted into the DB or vice-versa. If you create a DB maintaining will be easy (CF or ASP, etc.)
Also, are these thumbnails of images or are these links to documents such as pdf's or other type documents?
