ThreeSelectsRelated

I was wondering if anyone had a "fixed" version of the custom tag, ThreeSelectsRelated. The copy that I have doesn't work properly with the default values. Only the value of default1 work. I've been banging my head and pulling my hair out trying to get it to work, but no go. I had previously used the TwoSelectsRelated with success, but, there seems to be updated Java script that I don't fully understand.

I download it. It is actually and older version of the one that I already had. In either case, I tried it. No Joy.

If I output the default attributes, I do get back the correct information, is just that for some reason the select boxes doesn't recognize them AND / OR the array is not properly filtering. I don't know.
