ThisAddressDoesNotExist with name resolution

Hi all,

Each time I try to ping -a another machine from a server, It fails. Whithout the -a, it pings OK, but with a small delay(1ms) before beginning. no dns are on that domain, there's only 2 wins. Other machines are ok.

an idea anyone ?

Dumb question...Have you set up the WINS info on the server's network adapter? Vince Grice
