I rolled out an application (MSWLogo) via GPO.
When I log on as normal user, I get the following message.

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator.

How do I get around this problem?

Maybe give the user local admin access over their own computer, or at least bump them to Power User?
