This is driving me nuts:- Please Help

I have and Adaptec 2100 Raid card and three IBM 18GB Scsi Hard Disks (IC35L018UWD210-0), This is set up in a Raid 5 Array. The problem I am having is once it has built the array (Completes with no problem) one of the drives fails and goes offline when I start to copy info across onto the raid array. I have tried things like replacing the drives, cables and caddies but still the same.

If you've replaced everything else then I would suggest replacing the RAID card. It sounds like there's a fault with the card itsef.

I would also check the firmware versions on all devices incl RADI card and drives
