Yea, I noticed that statment, but I havn't found a break it yet. It would take someone far more determined than what I am.

i found the favelett nice hint, now let us move on this challenge is actaully pretty easy to crack once you find out how, and it's like duh why didnt i think of that, plus I think adam got a little mad because I posted this challenge in other forums, other than the origin and he thinks just becasue I took lrnmore's post, the one were he shows the hiding code, that I was trying to say I did it and actually got me the boot from that forum, I guess I outta start posting my source of knowledge in with my got cha posts, cuz even the mods got upset, obviously, anyway, if you guys think it was bad too, let me say sorry first, and i learnt my lesson, not to try to help people learn, or something like that, a am i saying isnt this forum and all forums about learning, and discussing tricks and stuff? So perhaps they will get over it before they have a heart attack, I hope. And again Im sorry if what I did offeneded any of you, I really dont want to lose my proveledge to post here, I thoroughly enjoy this forum and it's people, for you guys are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Thanks for all the help guys, then, now and hopefully in the future.

CodeOne,
>> and he is just a friend, I just want to know how you did it so I can do it, and show him his trick is not bullet proof.

I guess this is off then??

Is it the same adam that published the tool kit??

How ironic that would be.

What exactly did you do that made them so mad, what forum
is it in I'd like to visit.

well he started out to be a freind but turn but i got him upset because I took what you posted and he thought i was trying to be mister brain, and I really wasnt I was just trying to show him it's crackable, but he congregated the mods together and some dudes he must have known or met, and they all got me the boot, Im sad, and dissapointed at the same time, and it's just a huge nightmare, Im sorry If you guys think I lied to you, or tryed to trick you, I told you what i know, and I wouldnt want to allow you to see this thread, were like 5 people all gang flame me, it's quite embarrassing, so again Im sorry if I offened you guys. I really wasnt try to look uber.

Yea I know you all cracked this, but I saw this after my first long winded post - it took me maybe two minutes to copy and paste all the chunks - amazingly enough, I saw it on my browser so it had to get there somehow - its really an amazing thing these people think of - lets send something to a person, but they will never be able to see it, cause I will delete it real quick or something.

Thats like calling your wifes mom and calling her every name in the book, cause in the end you basically deleted it as it doesnt exist any more and there is nothing left. Yup, but what if your wifes moms answering machine accidently picked up and you didnt notice? You still sent it, it was still received, and it happened to be recorded as it was received.

so your saying this guy was pulling this off, by sending a page threw apache, and then quickly deleting it, so you cant view the true code? So what you see is only the client side, that actually displays the comment you see on the page? But you were able to copy the page before it was deleted, did you sniff it, to get it? How'd you pull it off?

code one

i got it too:

<DIV>
<CENTER><STRONG>This code is HIDDEN!!! You might as well not even try to view it... ;)<!-- This is the comment to find. Good Job. :) --></STRONG></CENTER>
<FORM name=documentElement></FORM>
<FORM name=getElementById></FORM>
<FORM name=getElementsByTagName></FORM>
<FORM name=body></FORM></DIV>

paste this in the address bar:
javascript:void(f=window.open());void(f.document.open(&quot;text/plain&quot;));void(f.document.write(document.childNodes[0].children[1].innerHTML));

thats how i got it I found that falvelet in this forum, and it works really good, in this case since the code was so small, even view-source: would of worked. I read an article on the birth of the net, and it made me realize something important about NOT hiding your source, HTML, grew as fast as it did, taking only 2 yrs, to become the fastest growing thing on an international level ever, due to the browser developers and html developers working together and viewing eachothers source codes. I dont think we would even be here if it wasnt for the view source option, we would probably see only a select few of websites, mainly developers, and above average folks, like some of you, on the web. Making the et a very cold and boring place, mainly retailers, trying to sell us crap, and goverment stuff, etc. So that dude hidin code, and me involving others to help crack it wasnt really a bad thing at all, I was actaully doing us all a favor in a way, I guess, I know I learnt something new, and maybe some of you have as well, so screw that cry baby and that forum that booted me right? If they have a problem with sharing then they can, they can hit ctrl atl dele twice and pull the plug, permentaly. Because no matter what they do, being on the web is never going to be 100% safe or view proof, MS NS opera firebird, etc, just wont allow it, and Im glad.
