third party applications windows are not visible trough Remote Desktop

Hi,

We have a few w2000 servers with third party applications running on it. When I connect through TS I cannot see the windows of applications that are currently running. Even in the task manager there's nothing.
Is it a bug ? Any solutions ?

ts is a session. you can't do it like that. Use VNC instead.

download and install to your server while standing next to it (i.e. not remotely). Secure with a password. Then use vnc viewer from your pc and connect by name or ip and you see the server exactly as if you are standing in front of it.
