There isn't enough memory to complete the automation object operation

For some reason, one of my users that is using an access application that creates pitvot tables forms is getting this error message " There isn't enough memory to complete the automation object operation." There are around 40 users that use this effectively and dont have a problem except for this person. At first, I thought his hard drive did not have that much space and he probably did not have that much RAM. But I got the laptop reimaged and they swaped the hard drive and he still gets this error message when he tried to open this form that creates a pivot table report from a heavy query. I even reinstalled office 2003 and repaired the database and he still gets this message and it wont invoke excel for the pivot tables. Please help!
