I have an issue with one PC that cannot connect to the Citrix server. It was able at one point. Then quit working. I stuck another one in its place (same number of users) and bam he works fine.

There is one difference between the two, Norton Internet security. The one tha won't work is running it. Although there are others running it (even in the same remote office) without problems.

I think I have it opened to allow port 1494 and 1604 in. Any ideas?

If you are behind a hardware router or firewall, uninstall it. Norton anything consumes too much resources and ties deep into the os.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

I uninstalled Norton Ineternet security, still a no go. I have another machine that will connect to the Citrix server from the subnet fine. After uninstalling the Internet security I am about to uninstall Citrix ICA client and reinstall again. I also think I may go through the registry and see if the unistall fo Norton missed somethings.

Still open to ideas.......

Well... I have resolved (or hidden the problem). I went into T S licensing and changed the licenses from device to User. It appears although they have plenty of licenses this user was issued a temp license. I change the above and bam, he was able to get in flawlessly each time.

Just thought I would share the knowledge with the group.
