Themes.inf file not found during Office 2000 install

When trying to install Office 2000, I get Error 1305: Cannot find file "D:/PFILES/COMMON/MSSHARED/THEMES/THEMES.INF". I've done this install a hundred times and have never seen this error. Any ideas what is causing this or how I can bypass this file?

If D: is the CD, the path D:\PFILES\COMMON\MSSHARED\THEMES is correct for the file.
