Dumb idea to start with, but in the past week I trialed WindowBlinds, uninstalled it, then ThemeXP, then uninstalled it.

After the uninstalls my desktop was fubar'd. I performed a repair installation of XPPro and now all is (almost) good.

The only remainder of the program that I can find is under the desktop properties > Themes - drop down menu still lists all of the old, ThemeXP themes.

Any idea how to get rid of these?

I've got a full system back-up from a week ago that I can revert to if needed, but I thought that I'd try here first.

Ignore - Problem solved.

Logged in Safe-mode, deleted c:\windows\resources\theme directory and now all is well again. Classic & XP styles only. Just what I wanted.
