The policy object does not exist

I created a group policy for our library computers. The group policy works on all computers except one, windows XP pro with SP2. When using gpresult, I receive this message "The policy object does not exist".

The computer joined the domain, and can access LAN resources and the internet without any issues. The DNS setup is correct and nslookup looks good. What should we troubleshoot this issue?
