The information store could not be found

I get this error while trying to open a mailbox from out look (file, open, other peoples folders). I just moved that user (which is not a real user, just a disabled windows account)to Exchange 2000. Any ideas?

I also tried another one, but this one says the inbox could not be found. And I know there are messages in each mailbox.

did you have Exchange server?
did you have made an exchange mailbox for that windows user?
did you have configured exchange service in outlook?

I moved the mailboxes from 5.5 to 2000 last night. I got both of them corrected now.

For the error that said The information store could not be found I went to Exchange Advanced tab, mailbox rights and selected External account. That seemed to fix it, even though it is a temp fix.

For the inbox not found i gave the user rights under mailbox rights. Seems to fix it.
