Greetings all...

I have two inbound hunt groups one hunt group works great second setup exactly (or so i thought) the same and on no answer i get "the extension number you are trying to reach is not in service"

If i set that hunt group to out of service then it routes correctly, so it appears just to be the no answer calls...

What have i forgotten to configure?

Sounds like you are missing an incoming call route to that hunt group.

cmnstr, i have an incoming call route built... it points to the hunt group... if there wasn't an icr then the call coming in wouldn't work when the night service was enabled for that hunt group... the issue only occurs in office hours when the receptionist doesn't pickup.

If the call is out of hours and the huntgroup is in night service the calls route to the appropriate automated greeting.
