The device, \Device\Tape0, has a bad block.

I don’t know if this goes along with this specific error but my tape will not eject, by manually pressing the button or by asking it to eject through the software.. when I do ask it to eject, it give me a Final error: 0x45d The request cannot be performed because of an I/O Device error.

Any ideas?

This is the first time this has happend.
