When I try to modify a Crystal report via I receive the following error:

Crystal Reports
Failed to load database information.

Details: The database DLL 'crdb_jdbc.dll' could not be loaded.


Any Idea why I am getting this..?
help is highly appreciated.

Have you made sure the file exists on the server/pc attempting to execute the report?

If it does, can you verify the permissions on the file for the user attempting to execute the report?

PS -- What OS? What OS version? What CR version?
