Hi Guys
Thank you so much for responding to my email question with your helpful advice.

Yes I do have Zone Alarm and did think this could have been the cause of the problem, so I uninstalled it using uninstalling software.

No dice I still can't find the server!

I didn't know Yahoo had a problem with IE as it's always worked fine in the past and was wondering if it may have anything to do with their drive against anti spam.

There is one other thing that I haven't tried yet and it seems to coincide with my installation of Real player, it seemed to all go pear shaped after that.

Do you think it could be Real player causing the problem?

It's possible, though I've never seen a direct correlation. Any time you install something new and things go awry, it's best to see if you can return to a point of smooth operation by dumping the recently added product. As easy as Real player is to come by, why not uninstall it and see if problems persist?

I would also run a repair on your Internet Esplorer. I've read threads in the past where this was all it took. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > highlight IE > hit Add/Remove > select the Repair Internet Explorer option from the menu that comes up

Hi Guys
I uninstalled real player but no luck and even tried repairing explorer as suggested but I still can't get my email

I even installed Netscape Navigator but when I try to open my email, Netscape comes up with Alert! this document contains no data.

As I'm new to Netscape I don't know what this means any ideas please.

I also ran an online virus check and it came back clean.
