You are welcome. Probably a lot of people don't want to help because:
a) The way you are being forced to work on this project is all wrong. If your "BOSS" is such a good developer himself, he should be able to come up with a better test to see if you are good than to "reinvent the wheel". A lot of us don't know how to do what you did, because we have never had to. But, from what I saw, you figured most of it out yourself. Gain confidence from that.
b) The deluge of multiple posts trying to get this resolved. Try to stick to one post. If no one responds and you feel the post is going to slip away, reply back to it yourself stating the new things you have been trying that still don't work (you are still trying, aren't you?).
Also realize that some people only check in here once a day, week, etc. There are geniouses here that can make something from nothing. But sometimes they are busy doing their own job.

Everything you said is right...I completed all projects and even completed this one two different times but it wasn't what he wanted. As for posting....I just needed the help so bad and thought that if I posted in two different forums I would have a better chance for a response. I thank you for your comment on the idea that I have what it takes. When I went to school I was never taught that way he wanted to do it. I was taught to import or to use a macro so that was the ways I did it the first time. Again thanks so much for all of your intelligence it really helped me. As for the confidence....you just gave it back to me , thank you!!! I will take your advice and post only once!!
