tftp error on 2514 router

When I attempt to perform a write net I receive the following error: tftp error code 0 received - too many clients - failed.

What does this mean.

Is this suppose to be a write mem ? To save your running config to your startup config. Check your conf and see if there is a boot system command to load from a tftp server. J.Fisher CCNA

no this is a write network to save it to a tftp server.
