textbox calc rounding up, why?

Hi, i have textboxcalc in a form. When i enter a value example 13,7 it does round it up to 14. How can i change it. I have tryed but couldnt fix it up. Help plz.....

The data type must be Single, Double, Decimal or Currency.
Obviously the number of decimals must be greater than 0.
