Text to Speech End User Documentation?

I have not seen such a doccument, I only have stuff on how to exactly configure it. I am guessing the product description only contains a overview.
I have used this interface and found it to be very basic.
You have to note that the TTS Interface speaks back the entire body of the email including any mail headers that can become very fustrating. My suggestion would be to stay clear of it, until some big improvments are made to it.
