Hi,
Working on a new book which has 5 sheets within it. The first sheet is the frontpage which holds all the info about the account. Name, address, etc.
How can I get the info from cell B8 (which is the name of the shop) into a specified cell on one of the other worksheets.
So that then on every worksheet it will say the name of the shop.

Thanks for your help

Assuming the first sheet is called Sheet1, then in each appropraite cell:

Code:
=Sheet1!$B$8

Hope this helps

thanks for the adive EaF, but couldnt get it work, the first sheet is called FrontPage but nothing happening??

hey Bob, thanks for yous adivce, but that doesnt seem to work for text only number s, ithink.

georgyboy,
Have you actually tried Bob's advice? His suggestion is sound and will work equally well for text or numbers.

E&F's solution is also excellent. I would guess that you haven't included the exclamation mark after the sheet name, if it didn't work - this is a common mistake. (ie: you should be typing "=FrontPage!$B$8"
