Text Page Border

Is there a way to do a custom text page border in Word XP? As in Merry Christmas all around the page rather than lines or stars or the other graphic options. This was a feature offered years ago in WP5.1 (and may still be in WP), but I have had no luck with MS help.

Hi Katy,

You could do something like this using text boxes in the margins, changing the text direction for the left & right boxes to suit your requirements. If you put the text boxes into the page header, they'll appear on each page.
