Text files

Does anybody know how many text files can be created at any given time?
For example I have a web app that creates a text file, and

I want to know how many users will be able to simultaneously use this tool.

transparent this subject depend on the server wich u r building ur site it can used for minimum i think 5 but maximum u can ask the admin. of the server
