text box population based on combo box selection

I have an app going against a sql server with a form that has a combo box and five textboxes. I would like the textboxes populated with a recordset containing five selections from a table based on an id number. I am using the itemdata method of capturing and looping through but I am also getting the eof error when I try to do this. Can anyone help me out.
