I have been asked to devise a test plan for a Windows 2003 implementation.

I only need to focus on Active Directory and Domain controllers.

Does anyone have a testplan, that they have used?
Your help is appreciated

I think that totally depends on your environment, resources and budget.

To speak in General Terms:

Set up a test lab that is isolated from your existing network.

Load up your server(s). Join a workstation to the domain. Configure whatever policies you plan to use in production. Test, Test, Test.

For more specifics, do you currently have a domain? Is it 2000 AD or an NT4 domain? Do you plan on upgrading or migrating?

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Regards,

Mark
