Terminals wont connect?

we constantly have a problem with our terminals, finding that we have to swap approx 10 out per day. They will be working fine and then all of a sudden they will refuse to connect to the citrix farm stating that no citrix servers are available.

we are running Metframe XPE and using compaq T20/T1010 and Wyse thin client terminals.

any help would be appreciated!
