hello

I have a bunch of users who sign in to one of three of my new 2003 servers via terminal services and they all have their own roaming profile. One thing that's bugging me is that when they logoff their user profiles under c:\documents and settings\ are not deleting themselves when those people are gone.

I've got my group policy setup properly under Computer Configuratoin that says to "Delete Cached Copy's of Roaming profile's" is set to Enabled.

I don't know what else it could be.. Does anyone know how I can make it get rid of those when the user signs off??

Thanks!

There are 2 patches that you probably need to get installed, 827825 and 828153. Had the same thing happening on a citrix farm, started after we installed the dcom patch.

But I'm using windows 2003, these kb articles say for windows 2000.

If you installed these on windows 2003, can you provide me with a link to download those hotfixes, or is that just the same as doing the Tools, Windows Update, in Internet Explorer?
