i have one problem with one of my servers. I tried to log on to it from home and it won't let me, when i put in the pw a message comes up saying that the number of connections allowed has been exceeded. One of my employees told me that he forgot to log off it once, but i don't think that is the problem. What should i do?? reboot it or install the whole server again.

go to terminal services manager on the server. Reset the disconnected session

In TS you can also set a time to automatically reset a disconnected session after ## minutes or hours. Glenn
