Terminal Services - Send Dash versus Underscore Using Symbol SPT 1746

We have Windows 2000 Server using Terminal Services. When we scan our part number which has an underscore in the part number using the Symbol 1746 we get a dash instead.
Any idea how we can change that to an underscore?

I have set up many scanners and I don't believe your issue is with 2000 server or terminal services. Rather the programming of the scanner. Sorry I can't be of further assistance. LDB

I scans just fine into Pocket Word
