TERMINAL SERVICES ON WIN2000 NOT OPENING

Does anyone know why when we open terminal services manager running on windows 2000 server, it does not bring up the window? You can see on the task manager that it is running but it wont open up the window. You can just see it on the task bar... When we try to 'switch to' it on the task manager, it the window will open but once we click on it it just beeps... HELP!
we've installed SP3 on the server...

I share your problem! We installed SP2 on the server and the terminal services will open only to a blue screen. We tried installing sp3 and it did not fix the problem. If our consultant figures out the problem I will let you know.

I think it's stupid why they have that option...
